We bought this beautiful azalea back in May and finally planted it in the ground in August. It didn't bloom the entire summer. Only last week, after some frosty mornings, much rain and generally cooler days these gorgeous blooms appeared. I have never heard of a plant that blooms in such a spring like fashion in the middle of fall.
