a new monopoly

I've never been a big fan of Monopoly. It always went on way too long for my liking. But I saw this one and thought it would be nice to have. It's the Here & Now Canadian version. Instead of streets, it lists landmarks or tourist attractions in Canada. For example, instead of Park Place it has CN Tower. And instead of costing $500 it costs $4 million! You wouldn't believe how difficult two educated adults found it to purchase property using hundreds of thousands and millions of dollars! It was hilarious that neither of us seemed to be able to do quick math on the six figure price tags! I thought I had a coup because I landed on and purchased the two most expensive properties, CN Tower and Niagara Falls. However, at $2M a pop for each house it was difficult to build. Derek eventually came on strong and beat me royally! But it was fun. I keep looking for the St. John's edition but I haven't seen it in years! That would be fun. I wonder what the most expensive property is on that one.
